The woven design in the base of every bag differs, which makes each bag unique. Yours may differ from this design. This bag would take a single Colombian artisan between 5-10 days to complete. To the Wayuu, weaving is a symbol of wisdom, intelligence, and creativity.

The product is handmade therefore each bag size can vary slightly. It comes straight from the small settlements called "rancherias" in the harsh surroundings and visually striking desert of La Guajira Peninsula Northern Colombia.
